How quickly do you ship party kits and when will mine arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day leave our Hackney studio the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Standard UK delivery is 1–2 working days; EU orders typically arrive in 4–6 working days. If you need something urgently, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to prioritise — same-day local courier within London is sometimes possible for a small fee.
Can I customise a kit with a name, date or colour palette?
Absolutely — that's the bit we love most. Most kits on the shop page have a "Customise" toggle where you can add a name, age, date, or swap accent colours. For anything more bespoke (a full colour palette, custom signage, monogrammed napkins) drop us a message via the form above with your date and rough guest count, and we'll quote within two working days.
Do you do corporate events, weddings or very large parties?
Mini Party is built for intimate gatherings of 4–40 guests, which is our sweet spot. We're happy to take on small-scale brand activations and micro-weddings up to about 60 guests. For anything larger we have trusted partner studios we can recommend — just ask.
What's your returns and changes policy?
Unopened, non-perishable kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Personalised items (custom names, dates, monograms) are non-refundable unless we've made an error — in which case we fix it fast and at our cost. If your party is more than 14 days away you can change the date or guest count free of charge; inside 14 days we'll do our best to be flexible.
Do you ship internationally and are duties included?
We ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For the US and Canada, prices include duties and customs clearance — what you see at checkout is what you pay. For Australia and New Zealand, local duties may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient.
Can I get a guide or theme tailored to a very specific brief?
Yes. Our Guides and Themes & Ideas library is the starting point, but if you have a specific vibe (a dusty-blue Tuscan dinner for 8, a 4-year-old obsessed with badgers, an anniversary brunch with a vintage floral brief) tell us in the form above and we'll point you to the right existing resources — or build a short custom checklist just for you.
How do I feature my party on the Mini Party blog?
We love reader features. Send 6–10 well-lit photos, a few sentences about the occasion, and any supplier credits you'd like included, to [email protected] with the subject "Reader Feature". We pick one a fortnight for our Friday roundup and reply within five working days.
